Terms of Service

1. What Is TUCETO

TUCETO is a flight notification service operated by Marotino CY LTD ("we", "us", "Company"), registered in Limassol, Cyprus. You forward your airline booking confirmation email to go@tuceto.com and we send you real-time flight updates via SMS and/or WhatsApp. That's it. We are not an airline, travel agency, or booking platform.

2. How It Works

You send us your booking email voluntarily. Nobody forces you. You choose to forward your flight confirmation to go@tuceto.com because you want SMS/WhatsApp alerts about your flight.

Our system automatically reads your email to extract only what it needs:

• Flight number (e.g., LH1234)
• Route (e.g., WAW → MUC)
• Date and departure time
• Passenger first name (for personalized alerts)

Everything else is discarded. We do not read, store, or process any other content from your email. The original email is deleted from our servers after parsing. See our Privacy Policy (Part 2) for full details.

3. Your Responsibilities

By using TUCETO, you confirm that:

• You are forwarding your own booking confirmation (not someone else's without their consent).
• The email you forward contains accurate flight information.
• You have a valid phone number capable of receiving SMS and/or WhatsApp messages.
• You are at least 16 years old (or have parental/guardian consent).

4. What We Do NOT Do

Let's be crystal clear:

• We do NOT sell, rent, trade, or share your personal data with any third party for marketing or commercial purposes.
• We do NOT store your full booking confirmation, payment details, passport numbers, frequent flyer numbers, or seat assignments.
• We do NOT access your email inbox. You forward a specific email to us — we never connect to your email account.
• We do NOT provide flight booking, ticketing, check-in, or any airline-operated service.
• We do NOT guarantee 100% accuracy of flight data. Airlines change schedules. Delays happen. We relay information from public and third-party flight data sources as-is.

5. Pricing & Payments

TUCETO offers free and paid plans as displayed on tuceto.com. Prices are in USD and may change with 30 days' notice. Paid plans are billed in advance. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us at support@tuceto.com.

6. Limitation of Liability

TUCETO is an informational notification service, not a safety-critical system. You should always verify flight information directly with your airline.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• We are not liable for missed flights, missed connections, travel disruptions, or any damages arising from inaccurate, delayed, or undelivered notifications.
• We are not liable for SMS/WhatsApp delivery failures caused by your carrier, network outages, roaming restrictions, or phone settings.
• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
• We provide TUCETO "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Marotino CY LTD, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of TUCETO, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

8. Intellectual Property

TUCETO, its name, logo, design, and all related materials are the property of Marotino CY LTD. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of our Service without written permission.

9. Account Termination

You may stop using TUCETO at any time by simply not forwarding any more emails. To delete your data, email support@tuceto.com and we will erase everything within 30 days.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you misuse the Service, violate these Terms, or engage in any activity that threatens the integrity or security of our systems.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Limassol, Cyprus.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, nothing in these Terms affects your rights under mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.

For users in the United States: You agree that any disputes will first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation (30-day period) before either party may initiate formal proceedings. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Marotino CY LTD.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or a prominent notice on tuceto.com at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of TUCETO after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
