TUCETO is a flight-tracking service. You forward your flight confirmation, boarding pass, or itinerary by email, and TUCETO tracks that flight automatically — sending you SMS and WhatsApp alerts when something changes. There is no app to install, no account to create, and no form to fill out.
This post explains exactly what TUCETO does, what it tracks, and how it’s different from opening an airline app.
How it works: forward your booking, and that’s it
You don’t sign up for TUCETO in the traditional sense. You simply forward what you already have:
- A screenshot of your booking
- A PDF boarding pass
- The confirmation email from your airline or travel agent
TUCETO reads it, identifies your flight, and starts tracking it automatically. There’s no form asking for your flight number, your name, or your travel dates — that information is already in what you forwarded.
What TUCETO tracks
Once your flight is being tracked, you’re notified about:
- Flight confirmation — that tracking has started
- Gate assignment and gate changes
- Boarding
- Delays
- Cancellations
- Diversions
- Landing
- Baggage information
- Connection risk — if a delay puts a tight connection in danger
You don’t need to keep refreshing an airline app or an airport website. TUCETO watches the flight and tells you when something you’d actually want to know about happens.
It understands your whole trip, not just one flight
If you’re flying with a connection, taking a round trip, or visiting multiple cities, TUCETO tracks the entire itinerary as one journey — not as separate, unrelated flights.
If a delay puts your connection at risk, you’re told. If the situation changes and the connection becomes safe again, you’re told that too.
Early warnings, before the airline announces anything
Sometimes the aircraft assigned to your flight is already delayed somewhere else, earlier in its rotation. TUCETO follows that bigger picture and can flag a likely delay before the airline has officially updated your flight’s status.
That means more time to prepare and less time refreshing a screen waiting for an official update.
More context than “Delayed”
Depending on the flight, TUCETO can also tell you:
- Which aircraft is operating your flight, and interesting facts about it
- How old that aircraft is
- Weather conditions at your destination
- Airport congestion that could affect your flight
- Whether your flight is running early or late
- Where the incoming aircraft is flying in from
“Delayed” on its own doesn’t tell you much. TUCETO tries to tell you why, and what to expect next.
Only the updates that matter
TUCETO doesn’t send notifications for the sake of sending notifications. You get:
- Quick alerts by SMS for anything time-sensitive
- More detailed information by email when there’s more to explain
Everything is delivered in whichever of TUCETO’s supported languages works best for you, so traveling internationally doesn’t mean changing how you receive updates.
